How does drop-risk detection actually work?
It reads three signals together — attendance trend, exam performance trend and fee payment history — and flags students whose combined pattern suggests disengagement. Crucially it shows the reasoning, so a counsellor sees "attendance fell from 94% to 61% while installment two went overdue" rather than an unexplained risk number.
How early does it flag a student?
As soon as the pattern forms, which is typically well before the student stops attending entirely. We are not going to publish a specific number of weeks — it depends on how regularly you record attendance and exam scores. The more current your data, the earlier the flag.
What happens when a batch is full?
Further admissions go onto a waitlist instead of being quietly oversold. When a seat frees up, the next student on the waitlist is promoted automatically, so you are not manually tracking who was next.
Can a student belong to more than one batch?
Yes. Students can be assigned across batches and courses, which is the normal case for a coaching institute where a student takes Physics in one batch and Chemistry in another.
Is drop-risk available on all plans?
It is an AI feature, so it is included on Professional and Business and metered against prepaid AI credits. Starter does not include AI features, but does include full student profiles, batches, capacity limits and attendance.
